From the opening of On Time Express Indonesia (Jakarta Station) on October 13, 2008 we start with 5 staff and not more than a year we open a new station in Surabaya on July 1, 2009. As a second biggest port in Indonesia, Surabaya also acts as a hub port to eastern Indonesia including Lombok and Bali Island. In this opportunity we would like to share the happiness on the opening of our OTEL Denpasar office which starting its operation on July 7,2010.
At the moment we have 70 employees in Jakarta , Surabaya, Bali, Bandung, Cikarang station. Our Sea Freight and Air Freight team for running this business and those who involved in day-today operation are properly qualified and well experienced in Forwarding, Shipping, Logistics, and Air Lines background. Besides, our company has well trained and professionals personnel for more than 15 years experience in all different areas for the good handling of the freights and give a strong support to our sales team for the good development of the commercial activity and you able to contact our team any time 24 hours. We also have good relationship among Shipping Lines, Air Lines both International and Domestic, Customs Office, and also others vendor/co-loaders which is make us easily to get excellent rates and space.

Our Services Covering: - Warehousing & Distribution
In our 1200 square meters warehouse in the sea port, 500 square meters warehouse in the air port, and 1000 square meters bonded zone warehouse with base rent, we offer short-term warehousing as well as, long term dedicated warehousing services. We operated Air Freight, LCL and FCL Services. This covers pallet in/pallet out storage to quick-turn, intensive picking and delivering, cross docking, consolidation, and fulfillment services.

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Export – import through all modes of transportation : Sea, Air and land
·         Customer focused service delivery
·         Coordination with Shipping / Air Lines
·         Invoices, Purchase Order, Credit monitoring.
·         Job Desk Booking, Correspondence, Billing and Filling

Requirements :

·         Maximum age 30 years old
·         Experienced similar position at international freight forwarding and logistics company at least 2 (Two) years.
·         Minimum education  : Diploma (D3) with relevant qualifications. Majoring in business administration, transportation management or communication
·         Fluent in English communication, verbal and written
·         Strong computer skills, MS Office
·         Good communication and negotiation skills
·         Preferably live in central and eastern Jakarta areas
