JOB DESCRIPTION
• Receive and execute instructions currency transactions and foreign currency IDR provided by a customer at the teller counter and outside the branch teller counter within the context of a pick-up service
• To verify and ensure the correct instructions are given by the customer and correct
• Implement a given customer transactions in accordance with applicable policies and procedures including the authority to authorize the transaction
• Perform check and balancing population at the end of the day by way of a memorandum of instructions from the customer to match with reports from the system that indicates that all instructions have been executed
• Identify customers to build a walk-in customer profile and the beneficiary owner (customer due diligence and Enhance due diligence of walk-in customers and benef owner)
Requirements:
• Maximum age 26 years
• Minimum D3 all courses with a minimum GPA of 2.75
• Experience as Teller Banking precedence
• Attractive appearance, minimum height of 160 cm (women), 170 cm (men) with a weight proportional
• Friendly, communicative and service-oriented
