JOB DESCRIPTION

• Minimum education S1 All Programs (preferably Psychology and Management)

• Experience in HR and a minimum of 1 year or fresh graduate

• Understand the process of recruitment and selection of employees

• Understand the process of organizing training

• Understand the process of public administration and HR administration

• Understand the process of Filing of data, correspondence and prepare reports on HRD

• Mastering English (Passive and Active)

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

• Thorough, proactive, efficient and dynamic in working with the team
