Requirements
• Male/Female with minimum education of Diploma Degree (D3), preferably S1.
• Age
• Maximum age of 32 years old for candidates with micro banking experience.
• Maximum age of 28 years old for fresh graduate candidates or without experience in the field of micro banking.
• Good looking, confident, and possess excellent communication skill.
• Target oriented.
• Good integrity.
• Have driving license class C (SIM C) and motor cycle.

Credit Reviewer (Code : GRU-CR)

Requirements
• Male/Female with minimum education of Bachelor Degree (S1) in all majors.
• Maximum age of 37 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in micro banking.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office application (Word and Excel).
• Have driving license class C (SIM C) and motor cycle.

Micro Unit Head (Code : GRU-MUH)

Requirements
• Male/Female with minimum education of Bachelor Degree (S1) in all majors.
• Maximum age of 37 years old.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in micro banking.
• Experienced and understanding in micro-banking and demonstrated good skills in micro banking selling, credit analysis, collateral valuation and collection.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office application (Word and Excel).
• Possess excellent negotiation, selling, and credit risk mitigation skills.
• Have a good vision and strategy in developing unit and achieved the target.
• Have driving license class C (SIM C) and motor cycle.

Area Credit Reviewer (Code : GRU-ACR)

Requirements
• Male/Female with minimum education of Bachelor Degree (S1) in all majors.
• Maximum age of 37 years old.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in micro banking.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as credit analyst at micro banking.
• Have a good leadership skill and intergrity.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office application (Word and Excel).
• Have driving license class C (SIM C) and motor cycle.

Micro Area Head (Code : GRU-MAH)

Requirements
• Male/Female with minimum education of Bachelor Degree (S1) in all majors.
• Maximum age of 40 years old.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in micro banking.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in lead micro banking unit.
• Experienced and understanding in micro-banking and demonstrated good skills in micro banking selling, credit analysis, collateral valuation and collection.
• Have a good leadership skill and intergrity.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office application (Word and Excel).
