JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibility
• Perform postings in the media
• Perform screening candidates CV to call
• Conducting interviews with candidates
• Creating employment agreement for new employees and employees of the depot / branch
• Provide training for new employees
Requirements
• Male / Female, age maximum 27 years
• Minimum S1 Psychology
• Have experience in the same field at least 1 year
• Understand the interview technique
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Understanding Compensation and Benefits and Training is a better value
• Have good interpersonal skills
• Willing to work under pressure
