Staff Senior Recruitment (Mikro Banking)
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Coordinate with vendors Online Jobposting and Mass Media in terms of advertising the position as needed.
• Assist in the recruitment officer untukt employee compliance in accordance with company requirements.
• Coordinate with branch PIC associated with the fulfillment of existing employees in the branch.
• Running process Evidence Behavioral Interview candidates who apply in BCA Syariah.
• Develop psikogram components that will be used in the manufacture of a psychological examination report.
• Preparation of a report and recommendation psycho psychological test results).
• Running the candidate reference check.
• Assist Recruitment Officer for the manufacture of PRS (Letter Employment Agreement) / PKK (Contract Employment Agreement), and the signing of a Letter Offering SPK / PKK / Offering Letter to the level of staff
qualifications:
• Male, Age 23-28 Years
• Minimum S1 Educational Psychology
• Thorough, honest, diligent and flexible.
• Ability to work in teams.
• Multitasking.
• Communication skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and pressure demands of work
• Computer literate Ms. Office especially Excel
• Have knowledge about:
o Knowledge of psychological test instruments and interpretation of psychological test results.
o Knowledge of making psikogram.
o Knowledge of Behavioral Based Interview techniques into value-added
• Preferably experience of 1 year experience in banking in particular micro-banking
