integrity, passionate and loyal employee. We are PT Haleyora Power (“PT HP”),
subsidiaries of PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) (“PT PLN”), which
conducting business in-related to electricity in Indonesia. Establish in 2011,
specialized in providing services for project management related to operating
and maintenance (“O&M”) for medium voltage / low voltage transmission
network and also distribution network.
PT HP undertake project management for PT
PLN’s O&M Transmission and Distribution such as coordinating, scheduling
and controlling the activities for entire PT PLN’s O&M Transmission and
Distribution work by using a software called Enterprise Asset Management
(“EAM”) which developed solely for this purpose, also PT HP obtain O&M
Transmission and Distribution contract from PT PLN to be implemented by PT HP’s
subsidiary namely PT Haleyora Powerindo (“PT HPI”), a company in Bandung, West
Java, that conduct services similar to PT HP’s core business.
The existing of PT HP adds a value to PT PLN
by integrating the activities of O&M Transmission and Distribution so that
the activities of maintaining the assets of the transmission and distribution
operate efficiently, effectively and on schedule furthermore provides
information access regarding O&M Transmission and Distribution
in-connection with the status of PT PLN’s transmission and distribution assets.

JOB DESCRIPTION
·
Prepare reports and
summarize data including sales report and book value
·
Maintain complete
updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
·
Ensure competent
quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.
·
Maintain supplies
inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed
supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies.
·
Coordinate and
maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, company credit cards
and office keys.
·
Research, price and
purchase office furniture’s and office supplies, pantry supplies.
·
Meet and greet clients
and visitors.
·
Perform general
clerical duties to include but not limited like photocopy, faxing, mailing and
filing.
·
Retrieve documents
from filing documents.
·
Maintain an adequate
inventory of office supplies
·
Respond to public inquires
·
Provide
word-processing and secretarial support
·
Assist in the planning
and preparation of meeting, agenda and conferences.
·
Attend meetings in
order to make minutes
·
Assists with
preparation of the office budget
Requirements:
·
Candidate must possess
at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
·
At least 3 year(s) of
working experience in the related field is required for this position.
·
Preferably Staff
(non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in
Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
·
Good management and
communication skill

Able to work in tight
deadlines and various tasks
