Mega Management Development Program (MMDP)

Requirements
• Minimum education of a Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master Degree (S2).
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 (S1) or 3.25 (S2).
• Maximum age of 27 years old.
• Have a good leadership skill and involved actively in organizational activities.
• Strong in the analysis and good problem solving skill.
• Demonstrated good command in English, both verbal and written
• Willing to join 1 year of MMDP education program and the period of official bond.

Teller Training Program (TTP)

Requirements
• Minimum education of a Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Maximum age of 25 years old.
• Preferably Female, minimum height of 160 cm.
• Good looking.
• Willing to join TTP education program and the period of official bond.

Operation Manager Development Program (OMDP)

Requirements
• Minimum education of a Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master Degree (S2) with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Education background from Economic majors (Management, Accounting).
• Maximum age of 28 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of banking experience (not in sales or marketing area).
• Willing to join OMDP education program and the period of official bond.
