JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Minimum age 24 years old

·         Min Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology with GPA min 3.00 (4 Scale)

·         Able to use Microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint)

·         Able to lead a recruitment team (plan, organize, and evaluate recruitment process)

·         Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment area as interviewer and good comprehension about Employee Need Analysis

·         Having good knowledge about Psychological Assessment Tools

·         Dynamic personality and able to work both in team or individually

·         Good interpersonal (good performance, good communication, hardworker, helpful, friendly, honest)

·         Good administrative skill

·         Competent english skills both oral and written
