JOB DESCRIPTION
• Male / Female
• Maximum age 27 years
• Education min. D3 / S1 Architect, Information Systems / Information Engineering / Information Engineering
• Experience as a Drafter at least 1 year
• Preferred Programs Autocad and Archiket master / Sketch Up, 2D - 3D Render, 3D Max, Photoshop, Corel Draw
• Proficient in computer programs: AutoCAD Inventor & MS Office
• Able to work with pressure to achieve targets
• Preferably experienced in the design and construction of property / real estate
• attractive personality, proactive, dynamic and able to cooperate with the team
• Can make sketches of buildings
• Knowing engineering drawings
• Knowing the type of building materials
• Ability to create working drawings / design, material specifications, bill of materials
• Ability to estimate the budget costs / bill of quantity
• Discipline, hard-working, honest personality, meticulous, tenacious, creative and responsible
• Fluent in English & ISO 9001 (preferred)
* Salary : IDR 2,500,000 - IDR 5,000,000
