2. Graduated from reputable university majoring in Psychology or Law with min. GPA 3.0.

4. Strong analytical and problem solving ability, able to breakdown complex problem, and devise workable solution.
5. Good understanding in Recruitment & Placement, Performance Analysis, Personnel, Training & Development and Industrial Relation.
6. Understanding Payroll, Compensation & Benefit procedure would be advantegous.
7. At least 4 yers or working experience in the related field is required for this position.
8. Applicant must willing to work in Karawang.
