Risk System & Development
Job description:
- To assist in doing analysis and system design to policies
related to customer acquisition, portfolio management, and collection and
implement the solutions to system in timely manner
- Familiar in process mapping or process design
- Detail oriented
- Managing expectations related to risk system team from both internal and external parties

- Responsible to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of risk systems
- Communicate with related parties internally and externally both in country and to ITO team to ensure same understanding across the teams
- Responsible for documentation and compliance of system changes to ensure audit readiness

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree from a
reputable university
- Industrial Engineering, Computer, Information system education background is an advantage
- Team player with good interpersonal skill and attitude
- Excellent in English (written and verbal)
- Highly adaptable to changes
- Able to handle high volume of work
- Able to work under pressure
- Getting used to multitasking and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Having strong analytic logic and having a good problem solving skill
- A quick learner both in risk knowledge, technical, business process, system thinking etc
- Literate in system and computer
- Having 1 or 2 years in risk management and/ or system related working experience will be an advantage
- Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are welcome to apply
