Relationship and Collection
Requirements
• Male / Female, with minimum education of D3 from any majors.
• Maximum age of 35 years old.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the field of marketing or collection at banking or financial institutions (micro banking will be an advantage).
• Have a good collection of skills, both soft and hard collection collection.
• Have a class C driving license (SIM C) and a motor cycle.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Excellent negotiation, selling, and credit risk mitigation skills.
• Have a good vision and strategy in developing units and targets achievement.
• Have a class C driving license (SIM C) and a motor cycle.
