Account Payable (AP) 

JOB DESCRIPTION

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for preparing all of the documentation relating to the Accounts Payable invoice includes accruals and balance sheet and reconciliation to ensure that all documents are properly reported and accounted for and arrange for payment in accordance with the priorities.

·         Conduct documents examination of incoming invoices to ensure documents are accurate and complete.

·         Input journal entries relates to A/P transaction.

·         Update A/P list on daily basis.

·         Communicate with suppliers in relation with billing document completeness to ensure all billings are accurate.

·         Proper filing documents

REQUIREMENT:

·         Share the same value as the Company

·         Background in accounting with 2-3years experience as AP

·         Familiar with accounting integrated system will be an asset

·         Possessing collaborative qualities to works harmoniously and effectively with others as part of a team

·         Demonstrate positive interpersonal skill to interact with lots of people

·         Able to work independently within tight deadline.

·         Having knowledge of Indonesian general tax will be an asset

·         Understanding English is preferable
