General Affairs

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Reporting to senior human resources and general affair (HR-GA) manager

·         Responsible handle of GA section such as repair and maintenance of building/ vehicle, handling security system and  office infrastructure

·         Make sure all the operation of office running well, safe , and under control

·         Understanding quality management system

Requirements:

·         Maximum age 30 years old

·         Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) with GPA minimum 2.75

·         Minimum 1 years experience as General Affair

·         Have knowledge about HR & GA procedures

·         Proactive, high integrity, diciplined and able to work under pressure

·         Excellent people and communication skills

·         Able to work individually and in team

·         Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

·         Placement : Jakarta
