The Company was formed in 1974 as PT Pengembangan Armada Niaga Nasional (Persero) by the Government of Indonesia with the aim to develop maritime industry in Indonesia. In 2004, PT Pengembangan Armada Niaga Nasional (Persero) renamed to PT PANN Multi Finance (Persero). The majority of PANNMF's shares is owned by the Government of Indonesia with 93% shares ownership.

Requirements
• Minimal Bachelor (S1) majoring in Law, preferably from a leading state university (PTN) with minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Having working experience in the field of legal for 3 - 4 years.
• Maximum age of 30 years old.
• Have good English language skills (active).
• Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Have a good analytical and decision making skills.
• Familiar witj MS Office.
