Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan - BPJS Ketenagakerjaan or abbreviated as BPJS TK (previously known as JAMSOSTEK) is the Indonesian Social Security Management Agency with main task to organize the social security workforce, including occupational accident,  pension, old-age risk and death benefit schemes. The Agency was established in January 2014 to replace the fuction of a state-owned social security workforce company PT Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja (Persero) or widely known as JAMSOSTEK.

Penata Madya Keuangan

Requirements
• Hold a Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance and other relevant majors.
• Knowledgeable of financial reporting instruments.
• Able to prepare financial statements.
• Knowing the calculation of tax (VAT 21).
• Knowing the type of investment intrument.
• Able to monitor the realization of the use of budget.

Penata Madya Umum

Requirements
• Hold a Diploma Degree (D3) from all majors.
• Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Marketing/Relationship Officer

Requirements
• Hold a Bachelor Degree (S1) in all majors.
• Good appearance with height of 165 - 185 cm (Male) or 158 - 175 cm (Female) and a weight proportional.
• Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent passionate in sales/marketing.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin is an advantage.

Penata Madya SDM

Requirements
• Hold a Bachelor Degree (S1) in HR Management, Law, Psychology, and Engineering.
• Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Penata Madya IT

Requirements
• Hold a Bachelor Degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Informatics Management and other relevant majors.
• Have an understanding of programming language and SQL management.
• Advanced knowledge of data mining
• Understand troubleshooting of related hardware and software.

Penata Madya Pelayanan

Requirements
• Hold a Bachelor Degree (S1) in Nursing, Pharmacy, General Medicine, Dentistry, Public Health.
• Possess excellent communication skill.

Penata Administrasi Pemasaran

Requirements
• Hold a Diploma Degree (D3) in all majors.
• Possess excellent communication skill.
• Meticulousness and good administrative documents.

Pengelolaan Data Kepesertaan

Requirements
• Hold a Master Degree (S2) in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics with bachelor degree (S1) background in Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing and Informatics Management.
• Familiar with statistic applications is an added value.
• Advanced knowledge of data mining.
• Possess excellent communication skill.

Aktuaria

Requirements
• Hold a Master Degree (S2) in Actuarial, Demographics, Finance, Insurance and Pension Funds with bachelor degree (S1) background in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial, Accounting.
• Passed in 2 module exams profession from Society of Actuaries of Indonesia is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of data mining.
• Possess excellent communication skill.

Marketing Strategy

Requirements
• Hold a Master Degree (S2) in Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing with bachelor degree (S1) background in Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing.

Requirements

• Familiar with statistic and Business Process Management applications is an added value..

Requirements
• Hold a Master Degree (S2) in Profession Psychologist, Applied Psychology (Psychometric) with bachelor degree (S1) background in Psychology.
• Able to design assessment tools and make assessment is a plus.

Requirements

Pengendalian Pelayanan

Requirements
• Hold a Master Degree (S2) in Communication, Law with bachelor degree (S1) background in Psychology, IT, Statistics

General Requirements
• Graduated from a reputable university with an accredited study program of at least B.
• Minimum cumulative GPA (on a 4.00 grade scale) :
o D3/S1 : Minimum GPA of 2.75.
o S2 :Minimum GPA of 3.25 with minimum GPA S1 of 3.00.
• Age as of 31 December 2014 :
o D3 : Not to 25th birthday on 31 December 2014.
o S1 : Not to 27th birthday on 31 December 2014.
o S2 : Not to 29th birthday on 31 December 2014.
• Not a child, sibling, brother/sister, brother/sister in law of Active Employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
• Proficient in computer literacy, especially MS Office and MS Excel.
• Having experience in similar job title is a plus.
• Willing to be placed around the working area of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
• Willing to undergo bond work for the first 2 years of employment.
• Not married and willing to not married during the first period of 1 year employment bond.
