Admin Cum Coordinator - Admin Cum Personal Assistance

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities:

·         Able to maintain and upkeep proper filling and proper documentation
·         Undertake any ad-hoc task when assigned by immediate superior or Country Manager
·         Clerical  works
·         Coordinating, preparing and follow up on the departmental sales documentations such as quotation, sales agreement, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order.
·         Responsible for monitoring and assisting departmental daily operations, relating to sales administration, operational functions and project executions
·         Provide full range of personal duties to country manager
·         To maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all level of management, staff and customer at all time.
·         Assisting in payroll and some human resource tasks.
·         To be able to handle multitasking job and handle pressure at work.
·         Submit relevant reports and accomplish the tasks given by immediate superior or Country Manager in timely manner.
·         Responsible in developing and updating all Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)  for all departments by ensuring all staffs concern comply to the SOP
·         Responsible for all secretarial and administrative duties, personal and corporate matters.
·         Follow-up on urgent matters and issues raised during meetings.
·         To manage meeting schedules, correspondences, reports, call screening, travel arrangements, handling private and confidential matters.
·         Assist in the preparation of presentation & organizing internal & external events.
·         Assist in drafting letters, memorandums and handling corporate matters.
·         Any other administration and PA (Personal Assistant) work. 

·         Requirements:
·         Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
·         Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
·         At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
·         Preferably experience specializing in Administration or equivalent.
·         Able to interact with all levels of employees and cope in fast-paced environment
