JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Achieve target through drive STT in MT Channel

·         execute & activate promotion both KA and LSM in area

·         supervise & coach SPG & SMD in daily operational

·         execute the marketing strategy & channel strategy from HO

·         Collaborate with ASM to ensure the stock / service level is in good condition

·         Assist ASM to create RPB and monitoring delivery in distributor

Requirements:

·         at least 1 year experience in FMCG / Distributor of FMCG responsible for sales achievement in MT

·         Maximum age 40 years old

·         Fluency in English both oral & written and Computer literature (MS Office)

·         Interpersonal & Communication

·         having driver license (Type A & C) is a must

·         Domicile at Jabodetabek
