Pamapersada PT Nusantara - PAMA is a major mining company in Indonesia with contractors maintains 45% in domestic market shares of mining industry at the end of 2013, PT Pamapersada is an affiliate company of large business group PT Astra International Tbk (Astra Group). Astra Group through its heavy equipment subsidiary of PT United Tractors Tbk holds majority shares in PT Pamapersada. PAMA was first established in 1974 as a rental division of PT United Tractors Tbk. In 1993, this division was transformed into Pamapersada Nusantara and operated as an independent company. PT Pamapersada produced satisfactory results in 2013.

Production Group Leader (PRGL)
Requirements
• D3 / S1 majoring in Mining Engineering, Geology Engineering, Civil Engineering.
• Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 (on a 4-point scale).
• Not older than 28 years old.
Engineering Group Leader (EGL)
Requirements
• S1 majoring in Mining Engineering, Geology Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geodesy, Mechanical Engineering, Electro Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
• Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 (on a 4-point scale).
• Not older than 28 years old.
Geotech Engineer
Requirements
• S1 majoring in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering.
• At least 2 year of working experience in the field of geotechnical.
• posses excellent English proficiency, report writing, communication skills.
