PT Astra Otoparts Tbk is a part subsidiary company of PT Astra International Tbk (Astra Group), the country's largest business conglomerates. The majority of AOP's shares as of June 2014 is owned by Astra Group with 80% shares ownership. Other 0.02% was owned by Leonard Lembong and 19.98% was owned by the general public. At present, Astra Otoparts manages 51 active subsidiaries/affiliates with business portofolio in the field of integrated automotive components, including manufacturing and trading of automotive components, both for domestic and export markets.

2. Engineering Staff : D3 Mechanical Engineering, Electro Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacture, Manufacture Planning, Computer Science.
3. Environment, Health, Safety : S1 Environmental Engineering, D3 Hiperkes/K3.
4. Sekretaris Direksi : D3 Secretary.
5. Legal Supervisor Relatil : S1 Law, Regional and Urban Planning.
6. General Accounting Staff : D3 Accounting.
7. Sales Supervisor Development Program (SSD) : S1 Management, Accounting, Engineering.
8. Finance Accounting (FA) Trainee : S1 Accounting, Financial Management.
9. Retail Business Area Supervisor : S1 all majors.
10. Marketing Supervisor (Product, Heavy Equipment) : S1 Economics Management, Industrial Engineering.
General Requirements
• Male/Female, not older than 26 years (for S1) or 25 years (for D3) of age in the year of admittance.
• Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.80 on a 4.0 grade scale (for D3) or 2.90 on a 4.0 grade scale (for S1)
• Fresh graduate or 2 years maximum experience in the related position.
