JOB DESCRIPTION
FMC Technologies, Inc. is a global leader of
technology solutions for the energy industry. The company has
approximately 10,400 employees and operates 25 production facilities in 15
countries. Our business in Indonesia focuses on providing technology solutions
for oil and gas industry, especially in designing, manufacturing, and servicing
wellhead. We are currently seeking for a professional and highly motivated
person to strengthen and support our Human Resource Department as HR
Assistant. In return, we offer attractive package, excellent career

Resposibilities:

Coordinate, create,
and maintain personnels' documentation.
·
Monitor, control, and
report employees' benefits utilization.
·
Facilitate the
communication of HR policies to employees.
·
Coordinate company's
transportation, cateres, clinics/hospitals and other vendors related to
employees' benefit.
·
Supporting other HR
Department related activities.
Requirements:
·
Candidate must possess
at least a Diploma, any field. Basic accounting skills is essential.
·
At least 2 year(s) of
working experience in HR Department or administrative position.
·
Oil & Gas industry
experience is an advantage.
·
Computer literate;
emphasis on database management and spreadsheet.
·
Highly motivated,
punctual and discipline
·
Excellent
communication & interpersonal relationship
·
Required language(s): English
