SMF was founded in 2005 to promote and develop Indonesian secondary mortgage markets through providing secondary mortgage finance. Building superintendent (Code: PB)
Requirements
• S1 in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Experienced dealing with office building project.
• In a deep knowledge of civil planning, civil planning, architecture, interior, landscape and mechanical engineering.
• At least 5 years of related experience.
• Having the ability to plan, accurate and disciplined.
• Status: Contract Employee.
Staff Corporate Secretary (Code: CS)
Requirements
• S1 Communication or Business Administration.
• Experienced in the field of administration at financial institutions.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work in a team and disciplined.
• Status: Permanent Employee.
