Finance Supervisor (FinS) 

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         To ensure all financial transaction recognized as per standard accounting in accordance to company’s system, policy and procedures

·         To supervise finance activities

·         Check and control daily report and the completeness of supporting document of all transaction prior to be approved by the Finance Manager

·         Prepare monthly cash flow projection and updated on daily basis

·         Ensure all outstanding debt is collectible as per due date and follow up payment discrepancy

·         Analyze monthly AR & AP report to maintain efficiency and effectiveness of the transaction

·         To ensure all finance documents are filed properly

Requirements:

·         Bring along, share and demonstrate the same core value as the company

·         Holding bachelor’s degree in accounting

·         At least 2 years experience in the related field is required

·         Having collaborative leadership skill is important

·         Able to work under pressure and tight deadline

·         Having good negotiation skill is a must

·         Demonstrate positive interpersonal skill will be an asset

·         Familiar using integrated system is preferable

·         Familiar with microsoft office

·         Understanding english is a must
