Leadership Internship Program October 2014 - December 2014 Period

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         An internship program for special students who are willing to learn and work with PT Toyota-Astra Motor (TAM).

Requirements :

·         Undergraduate student (6th-8th Semester)

·         Minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00

·         Actively involved in organizational activities

·         Majoring in one of these majors:

o        Economics / Business Management

o        Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, etc.)

·         Willing to take 3-month Full-Time Internship

·         Follow & pass the Selection Process (Psychotest, FGD, Presentation, HR Interview)

·         Interested in the opportunity to build career at PT Toyota-Astra Motor (PT TAM).

What can you experience in this program?

·         Be involved with PT Toyota-Astra Motor team members.

·         Gain knowledge about Toyota (Culture, Problem-Solving Method, Performance Management Scheme, etc.)
