PT AQUA Golden Mississippi was founded in 1973 by Tirto Utomo, a pioneer producer of bottled water in Indonesia. The first factory was established in Calcutta. After operating for 30 years, now AQUA has 14 factories in Indonesia. In 1998, AQUA (which is under the auspices of PT Tirta Investama) take strategic steps to join the DANONE Group, which is one of the group companies of bottled water in the world. This measure impact on improving product quality, market share, and the application of water current packaging technology. Under the flag-DANONE AQUA, AQUA now has more than 1,000,000 points of distribution that can be accessed by users throughout Indonesia.

Key responsibilities include:

Arrange meeting and
event logistic (e.g. check participants availability, arrange room booking and
projector)

Ensure availability
and maintain stationery and equipment (e.g. printer, paper)
·
Organize and store
paperwork, documents and computer-based information
·
Photocopy and print
various documents
·
Liaise with Project
Team or Danone personnel
·
Support other
administration related activities for Project Team
·
Create project
documentation as required by Project Manager
Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess
at least a Bcahelor from any field
·
At least 1 year
of working experience in the related field is required for this position
·
Preferably Staff
(non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Clerical/Administrative
Support or equivalent
