PT. Jasa Teknologi Informasi IBM, in short also known as
IBM-JTI, is a wholly owned subsidiary of PT. IBM Indonesia. It was founded in
2003, supporting IBM in providing skilled resources to install–move-add–change
(IMAC), and to perform other activities that relates to `after sales support`
for IBM products in Indonesia. To support the Strategic Objectives of IBM
Indonesia in providing comprehensive end-to-end IT solutions for the community,
in July 2010 IBM-JTI was transformed, re-shaping its missions, and
strengthening the company with new Organizations structure, including the
establishment of Business Development function that will focus in developing

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for all
run rate promotion claim validation and rewards disbursement (end user program,
reseller challenge, sales incentive, toast day promotion, and all other
promotion).

Responsible for
business partners rebate from sales plan & CPR.
·
Responsible for
partners database.
·
Responsible for
distributors sell out report/partners sell in report.
·
Assist partners in
regards of Partnerworld and KYI related.
·
Assist new qualifying
partners to join Partnerworld.
·
Assist run rate leader
in creating and communicating promotion program for run rate product to
partners.
·
Ensure training,
marketing and promotion programs are communicated to partners.
·
Assist potential
partners in managing their achievements to ensure they do not miss their
target.
·
Report system x
Microsoft ROK sell in and sell out report.
·
Help to check distributors
express bid claim.
·
Assist distributors in
validating partners for Growth Focus Plan.
·
Responsible in channel
marketing activity (BP enablement, reseller gathering)
Requirement
·
Candidate must possess
at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any
field.
·
Required skill(s):
microsoft office, Microsoft Powerpoint, Lotus Notes.
·
