PT KA Property Management - PT KAPM commonly abbreviated as KA Property is a subsidiary company of the state-owned railways operator PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) that deals with the properties and general contractors business. At present, KA Property is 99.9% owned by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) with 99.9% and 0.1% by the Heritage Foundation. Property KA engaged in the field of railways management assets owned by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) and other institutions. KA Property is domiciled in Jakarta and has 5 working areas located at Medan, Palembang, Jakarta, Semarang, and Surabaya. KA Property successfully maintained profitability in 2013.

Due to facing fast growth and expanding business of the business across Indonesia, PT KA Property Management are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic individuals for the following challenging positions as:

Mechanical-Electrical (ME) 

Requirements :

• Male, maximum age of 30 years old.
• Min D3 Electronics Engineering (Weak Flow), a minimum GPA of 2.95 with a minimum accredited B.
• At least 2 years experience in the same field, preferably in the field Building.
• Familiar with AutoCAD 2D / 3D.
• Able to create and analyze the M / E design.

Electricity Flow Top (LA) 

Requirements :

• Male, maximum age of 30 years old.
• Min D3 Electronics Engineering (Power Lines), a minimum GPA of 2.95 with a minimum accredited B.
• At least 2 years experience in the same field.
• Preferably to understand Electricity Flow Top (LAA) or Power Lines.
• Familiar with AutoCAD 2D / 3D.
• Able to create and analyze the M / E design.
Project Supervisor (PS)

Requirements
• Male, maximum age of 30 years old.
• Min D3 Civil Engineering, minimum GPA of 2.95 with a minimum accredited B.
• At least 2 years of experience as Construction Project Supervisors.
• Understanding project supervision system, project schedule, specification and estimation of the material.
• Able to create a budget plan (RAB), making the S curve, and cash flow projects.
• Able to operate and the building design applications (AutoCAD, etc.).
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya, Semarang and Palembang.

Telecommunications / Signaling (TL) 

Requirements :

• Male, maximum age of 30 years old.
• Min D3 Telecommunication Engineering (Signal), a minimum GPA of 2.95 with a minimum accredited B.
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of Signaling.

Accounting / Finance (AK) 

Requirements :

• Male / Female, maximum age of 27 years old.
• D3 Accounting, a minimum GPA of 2.95 with a minimum accredited B.
• At least 2 years of experience in the same field.
• Able to handle administrative paperwork.
• Able to analyze the System of Accounting, Taxation and Finance well.
