Administration Staff
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The successful candidate will be responsible
for handling administration process, including but not limited to :

Receive and verify
documents needed, ensure any necessary follow up in order to full fill company
standard and policy.
·
Support the office
operation.
·
Generate any related
report when needed
Requirements:
·
Candidate must possess
at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
·
Required skill(s):
microsoft office, Document Control.
·
Have a great
administration skill, fast learner, willing to work under pressure, and hard
worker
·
At least 1 year(s) of
working experience in the related field is required for this position.
·
Preferably Staff
(non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Clerical/Administrative
Support or equivalent.
·
Full-Time and Contract
position available.
