MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (MDP)
Requirements:
Graduated S1 / S2 from various disciplines except, teacher, Art, Literature / culture, philosophy, science and public health nursing.
Active in organizations both within and outside the campus.
Graduate GPA of at least 3:01 to 3:20 minimum GPA S1 and S2 for graduates.
Can speak English both orally and in writing.
Not married, maximum age 26 years.
Energetic, confident, good communication skills, highly motivated, and like challenges.
Willing is not married during the MDP education (9 months).
Willing to be placed in the BSM network throughout Indonesia.
Able to operate computer minimal MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
Has never participated in the selection process of employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri in the last 6 months.
