• • Male / female age 24 years - 32 years
• Minimum S1 graduate of Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management and min GPA: 3.0
• Have experience in personnel min. 2 years
• Familiar with all personnel administration processes, Attendance, and Appraisal
• Familiar with the process of labor and social security BPJS
• Understanding the labor laws
• Understand the process of recruitment and selection of employees
• Understand the process of training and development of employees
• Understand the management and maintenance of stationery and office facilities
• understand the management and maintenance of offices, buildings and vehicles
• Fluent in English active
• Honest, hardworking, initiative and able to work under pressure
