JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Conduct planning human resource requirements (manpower planning) 

• Implement recruitment and assessment process. 

• Manage the provision and employee outsourcing company. 

• Implement processes and personnel transfers rotation. 

requirement: 

• Minimum S1 majoring in Psychology, Management and engineering of the industry-renowned university 

• Have experience in a similar field at least 3 years. 

• Ability to work in a team and under pressure 

• Have a high motivation, like challenges and meticulous in work 

• have adequate English skills both orally and in writing 

• Placement in Head Office (Jakarta)
