JOB DESCRIPTION
• Coordinate with vendors and the Mass Media Online Jobposting in terms of advertising the position as needed.
• Assist in the recruitment officer untukt employee compliance in accordance with company requirements.
• Coordinate with branch PIC associated with the process of fulfilling existing employees in the branch.
• Running processes Interview Behavioral Evidence candidates who apply in BCA Syariah.
• Develop psikogram components that will be used in the manufacture of a psychological examination report.
• Preparation of psychological reports and recommendations psychological test results).
• Starting the process of checking candidate references.
• Assist Recruitment Officer for the manufacture of SPK (Work Letter Agreement) / PKK (Contract Employment Agreement), and the signing of a Letter Offering SPK / PKK / Offering Letter to the level of staff
qualifications:
• Age 23-28 Years
• Minimum Educational Psychology S1, S2 are preferred Profession
• Thorough, honest, diligent and flexible.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Multitasking.
• Communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure of deadlines and the demands of work
• Computer literate Ms. Office especially Excel
• Have Knowledge of:
o Knowledge of psychological tools and interpretation of psychological test results.
o Knowledge of making psikogram.
o Knowledge of Behavioral Based Interview techniques into value-added
• Preferably 1 year experience, or internship experience in the Bureau of Psychology, or experienced in banking
