Was first established in 1977 under the name American Hamburger in numbers Melawai, Blok M, the restaurant began their work as the first hamburger restaurant in jakarta. When the restaurants, especially fast food and franchises from abroad, has not flourished as it is now. As the name implies, this restaurant serve food initially only American popular as the main menu, namely: the burger. However, in order to meet customer demand, then added a menu of fried chicken-which are so far favored the Indonesia-as well as some kind of western food and other Asian foods such as steak, spaghetti, and chicken rica rica.
AH Restocafe also began to issue various types of beverages, snacks, ice cream and cake. With popular menu, good service, a relaxed and fun atmosphere, and an affordable price, this restaurant started to become a favorite destination for families, school children and college, to office employees. Onslaught of fast food restaurants and franchise from abroad that have sprung up in the decade of the 80's and early 90's did not lose the interest of visitors of this restaurant.
