JOB DESCRIPTION
• Ensure implementation of correspondence, filing and distribution of letters / documents according to the procedure
• Ensure communication and reception process in accordance with the systems and procedures
• Ensuring the availability of a draft letter, meeting summaries, presentation materials in accordance with the standards
• Ensure that information is stored in the archives and databases compiled, stored, updated and well maintained in accordance with the classification.
• Ensure compliance with the schedule of activities, accommodation is available with either his superiors
• Ensure maintenance of karahasian information relating to the affairs supervisor.
Requirements:
• Indonesian Citizen (WNI)
• Maximum age 27 years
• Minimum D3 from the Department secretary, administrative offices
• GPA of at least 2.75 (4.00 scale)
• Experience as a secretary at least 1 year
• Have good communication skills
• Can use a computer (Microsoft Office, Internet)
• Willing to be placed in Area Offices Soekarno-Hatta Airport
